Entry is open to residents of Australia who have registered their pet to take the Purina 30 Day Challenge. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

The competition commences Thursday 20th March 2008 & closes last mail received on Friday 30th January 2009 (“Competition Period”).

To enter, purchase any PURINA ONE cat or dog food (“Competition Product”) take the Purina 30 Day Challenge with your pet, complete the Pet Health 30 day Scorecard and tell us in no more than 100 words your pet’s 30 Day Challenge story. Mail the completed entry to: “PURINA ONE Lifetime Supply Competition”, Reply Paid 271, Brookvale, NSW 2100

Entry is limited to once per registered pet. The Promoter reserves the right to require a consumer to provide proof of purchase for their entry in order to claim a prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries, or for submitting an entry that is otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The prize is the winner’s choice of a lifetime’s supply of PURINA ONE pet food for the type of pet nominated in the winner’s 30 Day Challenge scorecard, calculated as the total amount of standard variety PURINA ONE pet food required to feed a medium to large adult dog or cat for the period of an average lifespan (based on the recommended feeding guide), or the monetary equivalent calculated at the current recommended retail price, allowing for an annual price increase of 7%. The prize will be as follows:
a) For a winner who nominated a dog, the prize is the winner’s choice of either
     i   91.25kg per year of PURINA ONE dog food for 12 years, delivered annually (pack sizes and varieties to be determined at the          Promoter’s discretion), valued at up to $7,807.94 recommended retail price (“RRP”); or
     ii   a cheque for $7,807.94.
b) For a winner who nominated a cat, the prize is the winner’s choice of either
     i   29.2kg of PURINA ONE cat food per year for 14 years, delivered annually (pack sizes and varieties to be determined at the          Promoter’s discretion), valued at up to $5,838.47 recommended retail price (“RRP”); or
     ii   a cheque for $5,838.47.

This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the identity of the winner. All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be judged on their merit and the entry judged to be the best will win the prize.

Judging will be completed at “PURINA ONE Lifetime Supply Competition”, Reply Paid 271, Brookvale, NSW 2100 by 2nd March 2009. The winner will be notified by post and their name and postcode may also appear at www.nestle.com.au/whatsnew

Total prize pool is valued at up to $7,807.94 RRP.

Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.

Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.nestle.com.au or calling 1800 005 510.

Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on their behalf.

By entering the competition, the major prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.

By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to the use of their entry statement for printing, broadcast, publicity and promotional purposes, including but not limited to www.purinaone.com.au without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any such material. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner acknowledges that the Promoter acquires the entry statement for use for its commercial purposes and agrees not to object to any such use on the basis of any moral right.

Prize will only be delivered in Australia and the winner should allow 28 days from judging for delivery of their prize.
