How to score your pet

Step 1.
In the left-hand column of the scorecard, rate your pet's health before you start the Challenge by answering all the questions. Write the number corresponding to your answer in the space provided, then print your scorecard and make sure you keep it in a visible place.

Step 2.
Gradually transition to PURINA ONE over 7 days before feeding your pet PURINA ONE exclusively for 30 days.

Step 3.
After 30 days, answer the questions in the right-hand column. Add the numbers in each column and compare the difference in your pet�s health. To maintain this level of health, it�s important you continue to feed your pet PURINA ONE after you�ve completed the Challenge.
