My Australian Silky Terrier, Bonnie, is now 13 years old. I have been giving her a cup of Purina Seniors food at night. She used to eat all her food immediately but now tends to eat more slowly and has three to four small meals spread over the evening. IS this normal for an older dog?

We have a kelpie, a kelpie/heeler, a whippet, a mini foxie & a chihuahua. We feed our calves pellets containing Lasalocid. The dogs love to eat the pellets, although we try to prevent this. What is the danger to the dogs of Lasalocid? How much is too much? Does it have a cumulative effect?
